Chardonnay

Brady Vineyard Chardonnay shines with a warm golden hue and aromas of ripe apple, pear, and a touch of butterscotch. On the palate, it’s rich and layered, notes of caramel and vanilla drift through a backdrop of bright fruit and subtle oak. The texture is smooth but steady, balanced by just enough acidity to keep it alive. Full-bodied and elegant, it’s a Chardonnay with structure and soul, made to linger, sip after sip.

Pairings:

Brady Vineyard Chardonnay brings balance to the table, bright enough for seafood, smooth enough for poultry, and rich enough to pair with creamy, mild cheeses. It complements dishes like grilled fish, roast chicken, or turkey with ease, letting the food lead while adding warmth and texture. For something lighter, try it with ripe fruit, peaches, strawberries, or blackberries, where the wine’s bright acidity meets their natural sweetness. Crisp, full, and effortless, this Chardonnay was made to pour easy and pair well.

This Chardonnay  is crafted from hi-density vertically trellised vines grown in calcareous clay soils that are the artifact of tectonic uplifting of ancient seafloor. Situated in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles . Just far enough inland from the Pacific Ocean to build heat daily, but close enough to enjoy the nightly cooling of maritime breezes. All these elements together result in rich, fully ripened grapes, ideal for producing rich opulent Chardonnay.
