Zinfandel

Brady Vineyard Zinfandel shows its character right away, deep crimson in the glass, full of ripe raspberry and a touch of black pepper. Notes of vanilla and spice from the barrel add warmth without getting in the way. On the palate, it’s rich and layered, with bright fruit, a streak of acidity, and a hint of bramble that gives it an earthy edge. A trace of oak lingers on the finish, smooth and steady. Big, balanced, and true to Paso, this is Zinfandel with heart and backbone.

Pairings:

Brady Vineyard Zinfandel was made for the table, bold enough for smoked or roasted meats, balanced enough to shine beside aged cheeses or rich, flavorful sauces. Its vibrant fruit and spice cut through hearty dishes and bring warmth to every bite. A wine that’s as versatile as it is distinctive, easy to pour, hard to forget.

Our Zinfandel is grown on head-trained vines rooted in calcareous clay soils. Located in the hills of the Santa Lucia Mountains; just far enough inland from the Pacific Ocean to build heat daily, but close enough to enjoy the nightly cooling of Pacific breezes. The poverty of the site limits yields to a scant 3 tons per acre, boosting intensity and concentration. These elements combined result in rich, fully-ripened grapes, ideal for making big and bold Zinfandel.
